The mifuto.com Photography Partner Account Terms of Use outline the responsibilities, rights, and expectations for photographers and videographers collaborating with Mifuto. By registering as a partner, you agree to maintain professional standards, deliver high-quality content, and comply with Mifuto’s service guidelines and policies.

You agree not to, and not to allow third parties, to use the mifuto.com Services for other purposes than agreed to in the Master Agreement, and not:

mifuto.com Business Partner Account Terms of Use

1.“Account Eligibility”

Only professional photographers or registered photography businesses may apply for a Mifuto Business Partner Account.

2.“Content Standards”

Partners must deliver high-resolution, professionally edited photos/videos as per the brief and Mifuto quality guidelines.

3.“Timely Delivery”

All content must be delivered within the agreed turnaround time. Delays must be communicated in advance.

4.“Client Interaction”

Photographers must maintain respectful, professional behavior with clients. Discussion of payments or pricing with clients is strictly prohibited.

5. “Confidentiality”

All project details, client information, and Mifuto business operations must be treated as confidential.

6. “Brand Representation”

Partners agree to positively represent Mifuto’s brand during shoots and while interacting with clients.

7.“Usage Rights”

Mifuto retains the right to use submitted content for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

8.“Payments”

Compensation will be handled directly by Mifuto based on agreed rates. Partners must not collect cash or accept payments from clients.

9.“Compliance”

All partners must adhere to local laws and industry standards, including necessary permits and licenses for shoots.

10."Account Termination”

Mifuto reserves the right to suspend or terminate a partner account for repeated delays, unprofessional behavior, or violation of terms.

11.“Any loss or misuse of login credentials must immediately be reported to photographersreport@mifuto.com”

Failure to comply with these Terms of Use may lead to suspension of your access to the mifuto.com Services. mifuto.com retains the right to take further legal steps, including termination, in accordance with the respective Master Agreement.
