In what format should photos and videos be uploaded?

Photos and videos should be uploaded in standard, usable formats only.

For photos, upload in JPEG (JPG) format.
For videos, upload in MP4 format.

There is no need to upload RAW files or any unprocessed formats. RAW files are not required and should not be uploaded to the platform.

The idea is to provide content that is ready to view and easy for customers to access, without any technical complications.
