After a shoot, how should a photographer or videographer upload photos to the platform?
Once the service is completed, the photographer or videographer will receive a file upload notification in the app.
From that point, you’re expected to upload the content within 1 to 3 hours. This is important, because customers are usually waiting for a quick update after the shoot, and delays can affect their overall experience.
Before uploading, don’t just dump everything. Take a few minutes to go through the content and sort it properly. Remove unwanted shots, blurred images, duplicates, or repeated frames. Only upload clean, usable content that represents the shoot properly.
The idea is simple —
the customer should not feel like they’re going through unnecessary or messy files.
Upload everything through the platform as instructed. This ensures the content is delivered correctly and also keeps the process tracked within the system.
If you delay the upload or submit unorganized content, it can lead to poor feedback or issues later, so it’s better to handle this step carefully.
Simple flow:
finish the shoot → get upload notification → sort content → upload within 3 hours.
