What should a photographer or videographer confirm with a client before starting?

Before starting the shoot, the first thing to do is confirm the OTP with the client.

Once you reach the location and meet the client, just ask for the OTP and verify it. Only after that, you should start the shoot.

This is basically a confirmation step — to make sure it’s the correct customer, the correct booking, and the service is being started properly.

Don’t start the shoot without OTP. It can create issues later, especially with service tracking and payment.

reach the location → meet the client → verify OTP → then start the shoot.
