2. Professional Behavior
You must behave politely and respectfully at all times. Your attitude, communication, and overall conduct should reflect professionalism during the entire service.
3. Clear Communication
If a customer has questions, doubts, or specific requirements, you must respond clearly and guide them properly. Miscommunication or ignoring clients is not acceptable.
4. Service Responsibility
When you accept a service, you are fully responsible for handling it smoothly—from start to finish. Last-minute cancellations, negligence, or poor handling directly affect your standing on the platform.
5. No Personal Use of Client Content
Photos or videos taken during a service must not be used for personal or promotional purposes . Unauthorized usage can lead to serious legal consequences and removal from the platform.
6. Strict Policy on Inappropriate Requests
If any client requests adult, inappropriate, or unethical content, you must immediately refuse. Cancel the service and report the issue through the Mifuto app. This is mandatory.
7. Platform Compliance
All photographers and videographers must follow Mifuto’s policies and guidelines at all times. Any violation may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal depending on the severity.
